Home staging

An empty room shows square footage. A staged room shows a life.

Seven pieces, chosen to the room's scale, so buyers can see where the sofa goes, how much floor is left and where the evening light lands.

Staging services

Vacant staging

Furniture, rugs, lighting, art and linens from our inventory, installed in a day and collected when the home sells.

Occupied staging

We edit, rearrange and add a few pieces to what you already own, so the home photographs well while you're still living in it.

Pre-listing consult

A walkthrough with a written room-by-room list of what to repair, remove, paint and add before the photographer arrives.
