White oak, warm plaster tones and pale stone, with olive trees bringing the green indoors.
The owners wanted a bright house that wouldn't feel cold in February. We warmed every white by a few degrees and repeated white oak from the floor up into the furniture.
The vaulted family room carries the tallest pieces: an olive tree, a long linen sofa and two framed studies hung low.
